Initiate Your Request
Log into your Hidra Pure account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
